    P- Parking (P- 16th alphabet)
    R -Reverse ( R- 18th alphabet )
    N -Neutral (N-14th Alphabet)
    D -Drive (4th)
    S -Second (19th)
    L -Low Gear Drive (12 th Alphabet)

    All these codes are Automatic transmission cars gear codes (PRNSDL).
    Only L is missing. L is 12th alphabet.

    Hence answer is 12.
