I am a five letter word.

I have vowels in alternative letters. I start with consonant.

I am word of negativity.

If you replace the second letter of me with "First person singular" , I will become the deadly cyclone named by Iran.

If you remove the first letter of me , I will become positive and I will be meant as "always"
