I'm the director general of an organization

Previously I have held the post of Minister of Health and Minister of foreign affairs.

I'm the non physician who have held the post of director general. 

My name starts with a famous talk show name. 

I have done my PG and Ph.D in London school and Nottingham University respectively.

One of my deputy is an Indian paediatrician and from Tamilnadu and two more are from Britain and Australia.

Recently Trump unsatisfied with my work and stopped funding my org.

I am coming in to the news foray since March. 

I am coordinating all the developers to save the world from the deadly micro giant. 

My organization headquarters is in Europe
