    ANSWER :

    Louis Pasteur

    Three process given in the picture.

    1. Pasteurization
    2. Vaccination (தடுப்பூசி)
    3. Fermentation (Milk to curd)

    All the three were invented by Pasteur.
    Hence Louis Pasteur connects all the three process.
